Physical condition changes as aging, and each has different physical condition at same age. Wen, an experienced Registered Nurse and a natural healer since she was 19-years-old, created the Wen Movement combined Tai Chi and dance steps, which specially fit the physical condition for people age 50+. You will notice the benefit of Senior Wen Movement within one month.
She will come to your house or senior center, wherever you choose, for the first visit and assess and evaluate your physical condition and design the right Wen Movement for you. After a few visits, at your option, she will organize 2 to 3 people who are in similar physical condition for you to practice the Wen Movement together, while she visits you on a regular basis. Her follow-up visits could be once a week, once a month, or once every three months, to assess and evaluate your physical strength, and make the necessary changes to your personalized Wen Movement according to your updated physical condition. Her follow up visit includes healing energy input (she holds your hands for energy input). You will notice that you feel mentally happier for a few days after the energy input.
Wen has a team of certified nurse assistants, who will assist in Wen’s Senior Wellness program on an as-needed, outside of their regular part-time job at a skilled nursing facility. At your option, some of them can be your private duty nurse assistants when you are in need.
